Refund policy

1. We offer free shipping on every order across Pakistan.  
2. If you wish to return or exchange, you can do so in the following cases:
   • The size does not fit you.  
   • The product is defective or damaged.  
   • You would like to exchange it with another article.  
   • Washed or used will not be returned  
3. All return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.  
4. For returns/exchanges, the customer will pay the courier/shipping charges.  

Please note: we do not process refunds. Instead, we ensure you get the right size or article of your choice through exchange.
